Creating valuebeyond enterprise.
Inspired by the late Shri Harish Khullar’s longstanding patronage of Indian art, Fairway carries forward a family tradition of preserving cultural value and supporting emerging talent.
Responsibility that grows from a legacy of patronage.
Recognising potential early has always been part of the family’s outlook — in enterprise, in people and in the arts.
Fairway’s approach to responsibility extends this outlook to supporting emerging talent, growing green cover and working sustainably — creating lasting cultural, social and environmental value.
Where we direct our commitment.
Growing green cover, and working more responsibly.
Fairway’s businesses shape roads, public spaces and healthcare delivery across India. The Group is committed to leaving the environment around that work greener and cleaner — through plantation, responsible operations and efficient use of resources.

The Gems of Indian Art.
The late Shri Harish Khullar (1946–2023) built a distinguished collection of Indian modern and contemporary art. A selection of its paintings and sculptures is documented in The Gems of Indian Art: Harish Khullar Family Collection, a publication of nearly 300 pages launched in New Delhi in 2024.
The publication serves as a record of his artistic vision and a resource for scholars, institutions and future generations.
