Mr. Gaurav Khullar carries forward the Harish Khullar Group’s legacy of enterprise and patronage of the arts. His career has been built across the power, energy and infrastructure sectors. He worked on the opening up of India’s power sector, collaborated with USAID, and held the position of Director of Marketing at Cogentrix Energy and Unocal. He has contributed to major energy projects such as the Indo Bangladesh natural gas pipeline, and has worked with ONGC and Reliance Industries on deep water drilling. Under his leadership, the Harish Khullar Group ran a civil aviation business that managed airports and delivered end to end ground handling services across India and internationally. He is also among India’s leading private collectors of modern and contemporary Indian art, and in 2026 he received the Special Award for Contribution to Art at the Asian Achievers Awards in London.

Mr. Karan Diwan leads operations across Fairway’s businesses, overseeing how work is planned, staffed and delivered. His remit covers service standards, the deployment and supervision of teams, and the day to day discipline that hospitals, public institutions, government bodies and large project sites expect. He also led the Harish Khullar Group’s civil aviation business, which managed airports and delivered end to end ground handling services across India and internationally.
